Are all stores offering Click and Collect?
Yes, all stores are currently offering a click and collect service.
What time can I collect my order?
At this time click and collect orders can only be collected at store between 10am - 1pm Mon-Sat and only once you've been contacted by a member of the team.
How long does it take for my Click and Collect to arrive?
All click and collect orders placed before 1pm (Monday-Friday) will arrive in within 2-3 working days. Please note: that if you order on the weekend, your order will be ready for collection on Tuesday.
How will I know when my Click & Collect order is ready?
We will send you an email when your order is ready, confirming your chosen store.
What do I need to bring to collect my order?
Bring your web order number from your email confirmation.
Can someone collect on my behalf?
We're happy for someone else to collect your order, but to prevent fraud, the person you've nominated must present your web order confirmation and full name/address.
How long will you hold my order?
We’ll hold your order in store for 14 days, after which we’ll return the order to the warehouse and refund your account. Please note that this may take up to 7 days to process once the order has left the store.
What if I'm self-isolating?
If you have any symptoms of Covid-19 or are self-isolating then please do not come to collect at our stores. Just contact our customer service team who will be happy to look at alternative options for you.
