Barbour International was created in 1936 by Duncan Barbour for the International Six Day Trials. Crafted specifically for motorcyclists, Barbourdeveloped the first one-piece bike suit which was soon adapted for military use. By 1957, 97% of riders at the ISDT wore Barbour International and in 1964 Steve McQueen famously wore one to compete in Germany.
